Fixed prices, published up front
No hourly surprises. These are the prices you pay, GST included. Where a job spans two services you pay the bundle, not the sum. If a job falls outside the list, we tell you before we start — not after.

- · Parts and hardware are quoted separately.
- · Where a job spans two services, you pay the bundled price — never the sum of both. If a repair needs a drive replacement and a fresh system build, that's the one boot-failure price, not two line items added together.
- · Fair use applies to fixed-price services. Complex cases may need an on-site visit or a revised quote — either way, you approve the number before any work starts.

How it works
-
Consultation
Tell us what's going on. We listen, assess the situation and recommend the best way forward — including when the answer is 'this isn't worth repairing'.
-
Quote & agreement
A clear, fixed quote before any work begins. If we find something unexpected mid-job, work stops and we call you.
-
Service in action
Our technicians do the work and keep you updated. You get your machine back with a plain-English summary of what was done.
Common questions
Are these prices really fixed?
Yes, for the work described. Parts are quoted separately at cost plus fitting. If a job turns out to be more involved than the fixed price covers, we stop and give you a revised quote before continuing — you never receive an invoice you have not already agreed to.
What if my job needs two of these services?
You pay the bundle, not the sum. A laptop that will not boot because the drive has died needs a diagnostic, a replacement drive and a fresh system build — that is the single boot-failure repair price, not three line items added together. Where a combination comes up often enough, it gets its own line on this list.
Do the prices include GST?
Every price on this page includes GST. What you see is what you pay.
Why publish prices when most computer shops do not?
Because the most common thing people worry about before calling is not the fault — it is the bill. Publishing the number removes that, and it keeps us honest.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes, and it is published like everything else: $99 covers travel and the first 30 minutes on site, anywhere in Brisbane or Ipswich. The fixed price for whatever work is carried out applies on top, so you can add the two numbers up yourself before you call.
Not sure what's wrong? Neither were most of our customers.
Call us and describe what's happening in plain English. If it's something you can fix yourself in two minutes, we'll tell you that. Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
