Most computer faults announce themselves long before they become a crisis. A fan that runs constantly, a machine that takes four minutes to reach the desktop, a laptop that only charges at a certain angle — these are all symptoms of something specific, and something specific is usually fixable.
We start every repair the same way: a full diagnostic that tells us what actually failed, rather than guessing from the symptom. That costs $47, and it’s waived the moment you decide to go ahead with the repair.
What's included

What's not included
- Parts and hardware, which are quoted separately at cost plus fitting
- Liquid-damage board-level repair, which we assess case by case
- Machines where the repair cost exceeds the replacement cost — we'll tell you rather than take the job
Common questions
Do I pay the diagnostic fee if I decide not to repair it?
Yes — the $47 covers the diagnostic work itself. But it's waived entirely if you proceed with the repair, so if you go ahead it costs you nothing.
My laptop is five years old. Is it worth fixing?
Sometimes yes, often no. An SSD upgrade can make a five-year-old machine feel new for around $123 plus the drive. A failed mainboard on the same machine usually isn't worth it. We'll give you the honest answer before you commit to anything — including when that answer is "buy a new one".
Will I lose my files?
Not without being told first. If a repair requires wiping the drive, we back your data up beforehand and put it back afterwards. If the drive itself is failing, we'll say so before touching anything.
Do you repair Macs as well as Windows PCs?
Yes. Mac system setup, partitioning and reinstalls are fixed price at $113, and hardware diagnostics work the same way on both.
