New PC & Mac setup
A new machine set up properly — your files moved, your email working, the junk removed, and nothing left for you to figure out.
The gap between a new computer out of the box and a new computer you can actually work on is usually a full evening — most of it spent waiting for updates, hunting for a password, and deleting software you didn’t ask for.
We do that part, and hand you a machine that already has your files on it.
What's included
- Windows or macOS set up, updated and configured
- Your files, photos, browser bookmarks and passwords moved across (up to 300GB)
- Email and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace signed in and working
- Manufacturer bloatware removed
- Printers, Wi-Fi and any peripherals connected and tested
What's not included
- The computer itself, though we're happy to advise on what to buy before you spend the money
- Software licences you don't already own
Common questions
Can you just build me a machine instead?
Yes. For anything specialised — a workstation for video editing, a gaming build, a machine that needs to run one particular piece of software well — a build is often better value than an off-the-shelf box with the wrong balance of parts.
I bought the computer somewhere else. Will you still set it up?
Of course. Where you bought it makes no difference to the price.
What about my old computer?
Once you've confirmed everything transferred, we can securely wipe it so it's safe to sell, donate or recycle. Ask when you drop it off.
Not sure what's wrong? Neither were most of our customers.
Call us and describe what's happening in plain English. If it's something you can fix yourself in two minutes, we'll tell you that. Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
