Small business IT support

Networks, servers, cabling, printers and email for small offices — set up properly and documented, so the next person can follow it.

Small business IT tends to accumulate rather than get designed. A switch added here, a cable run there, a printer someone connected directly to a laptop three years ago that everyone now depends on.

That works right up until it doesn’t. What we do is make it legible — properly installed, labelled and written down, so the next fault takes minutes rather than an afternoon.

Common questions

Our cabling is a mess but everything works. Is it worth fixing?

It's worth fixing the day before something breaks, not the day after. An unlabelled rack turns a ten-minute fault into a two-hour one, and you'll be paying for those two hours at the least convenient moment possible.

What does an on-site visit cost?

$99 covers travel and the first 30 minutes on site, anywhere in Brisbane or Ipswich. Whatever work is carried out is charged at the published fixed price on top, so you can work out the total before we come out.

Do you work outside business hours?

For anything that involves downtime, yes — that's usually the sensible way to do it.

Can you take over from our previous IT provider?

Yes. The first job is normally documenting what's actually there, because it's rarely what anyone thinks it is.

Not sure what's wrong? Neither were most of our customers.

Call us and describe what's happening in plain English. If it's something you can fix yourself in two minutes, we'll tell you that. Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
